AEB open event “The Supreme Court’s review on special economic measures: implications for business”

The AEB is pleased to invite you to AEB open event “The Supreme Court’s review on special economic measures: implications for business” organized by the AEB Legal and Finance& Investments Committees.

The event will take place on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00 in person at the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val, 68/70, bld. 1, Moscow).

At the event, the experts will discuss various aspects of Thematic Review No. 8/2026 “On the application by commercial courts of legislation on special economic measures introduced to protect the national interests of the Russian Federation”, approved by Resolution No. 11A/2026 of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated June 17, 2026, including intellectual property right issues, transactions, assignment of claims and enforcement of judgments:
