The AEB is pleased to invite you to AEB Regulatory Update “Recent Developments in Counter-Sanctions Regulation and Practice”.
The event will take place online on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 15:00 to 17:00 via ZOOM.
Since the beginning of 2022 and till now on, the AEB Finance & Investments Committee has been a platform for discussion of the sanctions, regulatory and economic updates at a series of regular webinars “Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures”. We held more than 40 webinars and would like to thank you for active participation and raising numerous questions at them. As the contours of the new world are taking shape, we think it is also time to adjust the branding of these webinars to the new reality be abandoning the "crisis" reference. We have decided to title them AEB Marco Update, AEB Regulatory Update and AEB Sanctions Update. This one will be the first one under AEB Regulatory Update.
At the webinar the experts will focus on counter-sanctions regulation (President Decrees No. 430 of 20 May 2024 and No. 442 of 23 May 2024, others), changes in regulation and practice of corporate transactions and dividend payments approvals, as well as risks of non-compliance with counter-sanctions regulation and liability (in particular, the court case А41-6043/2024):
