The AEB Labor Law Subcommittee continues its series of webinars dedicated to the influence of judicial practice on employers' decisions on HR practices and is pleased to invite you to the third Webinar “Strategy and Tactics of HR Operations: Fine-Tuning Taking into Account Current Judicial Practice”.
The event takes place on Thursday, 20 November 2025, from 15:00 till 17:00 via ZOOM.
At this meeting, we will discuss the risks of requalification of civil law contracts into employment ones, and illegal provision of staff ("outstaffing"), compensation (bonuses, average salaries, minimum wages, and anti-crisis mechanisms), we will also discuss severance pay for executives – when they should be paid and when they can be omitted.
The event will be moderated by Evgeny REYZMAN, Chairman of the Labor Law Subcommittee of the AEB Human Resources Committee. Speakers at the meeting will include Margarita EGIAZAROVA, Partner, ALRUD Law Firm, Vitaliya KUZNETSOVA, Head of Labor and Migration Law Practice, Pepeliaev Group; and Artem PRAVDIN, Senior lawyer, Labor Law Practice, Denuo. Experts and leading partners at law firms will discuss the characteristics of employment relationships, the reclassification of civil contracts into labor contracts, average wages and bonuses, special cases of remuneration, and when severance pay for executives is required and when it is not necessary to pay.
