The AEB North-Western Regional Committee’s HR and Migration Sub-Committee jointly with Legal and Tax Sub-Committee is pleased to invite you to an open event on “Practical Aspects of Labor Legislation in the Area of Labor Contracts and Personal Data”.
The event will be held on 21 June, 2017, from 10:00 to 12:00 (registration will start at 9:30 am) at the office of SCHNEIDER GROUP (Finliandskiy prosprekt., 4A, 8th floor, St. Petersburg).

The event will refer to the main issues to which companies should pay attention when developing an employment contract in order to minimize the risks. Also, the most common mistakes that companies make within the framework of labor legislation from the point of view of the practice of inspections and court decisions will be discussed. The event will also address the issue of personal data and protection from sanctions and fines during the inspections of Roskomnadzor. Finally, the features and pitfalls of distance work will be also discussed. The event should provide a lively platform for discussion and exchange of practical experience, concerns and proposals.
The program is liable to changes upon receipt of final confirmations from the speakers.
The working language of the meeting is Russian; interpretation will NOT be provided.

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 7,700 RUR (+ 18% VAT);
