The AEB Migration Committee is pleased to invite you to our open XVIII Annual Migration Conference titled “MIGRATION POLICY: TRENDS AND PRACTICE”.

The event will take place in an offline format on Tuesday, December 09, 2025 from 10:00 to 14:00 (registration starts at 09:30). The venue is ALRUD office (12th floor), Lesnaya st., 7, Moscow.

The AEB Migration Committee has invited the representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, and Moscow Government to participate in XVIII Annual Migration Conference.

The invited representatives from the respective state bodies and well-known experts of the AEB Migration committee will cover the following actual topics:

Migration concept: changes and trends
Digital services for foreign citizens – Amina, RuID
Moscow migration policy for 2025 – 2026: innovations and plans
Overview of key changes in migration legislation in 2025
Hot topics of HQS employment
Appointment of a foreign general director: from challenges to solutions
Personal data processing topics with respect to hiring foreign employees

The working language of the event is Russian, English translation will be provided upon prior request.

Attendance Fees:

AEB Members: 15 000 rubles + VAT

Non-AEB members: 18 000 rubles + VAT

Kindly note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to organizational costs (such as catering and printed materials) which are arranged in advance based on the number of registered participants.
