Labor Law Sub-Committee (of the AEB HR Committee) experts jointly with the experts from the North-Western Regional Committee offer to answer questions that arose at the first acquaintance with the text of the Law, which can be answered by interpreting the Law itself and invite you to the webinar “Changes to the Rules of Military Registration and Conscription”.

The event will take place on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 15:00 to 16:30 via Zoom.

The accelerated adoption of Federal Law No.127-FZ dated 14.04.2023 "On the Introduction of Amendments to the Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", which introduces significant changes into the rules of military registration and conscription, raises many questions for employers.

At its core, the Law is largely a framework statute and assumes the subsequent issuing of by-laws for its implementation.
