The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to its webinar “Great changes in property transactions in new reality”.
The event will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 15:00 to 16:30 via Zoom.
The past two months have brought many changes and novelties for business in Russia, including in the construction and real estate sectors. This concerns both new restrictions and government support measures. Olga Uryupinskaya, Senior Project Advisor at Dentons, will tell us about the news in the legislative regulation of the industry (including urban planning, land relations and SPIC).
Lawyers from DLA Piper Rus, Maryana Kabakova and Nikita Shabalin, will address one of the recent “hot topics” - regulation of relationships with representatives from "unfriendly" countries - from the perspective of real estate deals: new requirements and what deals they apply to, how to get permission for a deal and what happens in case of violation of the requirement to obtain permission.
As usual, at the end of the webinar the participants will have an opportunity to ask the speakers their questions.
