The AEB is pleased to invite you to the joint cross-regional annual session "HR Spotlight of the Russian Regions: Priorities and Solutions for the Russian HR Market", organized by the AEB Human Resources Committee, the AEB Northwestern Regional Committee, and the AEB Southern Regional Committee.
The event will take place on October 16, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM via ZOOM.
This upcoming event will focus on the critical challenges facing HR professionals today. Promptly receiving information about upcoming changes in labor legislation and key market trends is critical for strategic planning and risk mitigation. Understanding the dynamics of the IT talent market and modern hiring practices will enable the development of effective HR strategies. This knowledge is essential for companies to successfully adapt to the new reality and secure a competitive advantage in the labor market.
The program includes an overview of key changes to the Russian Labor Code, and expert presentations on current issues in the IT talent market and hiring trends. Speakers will include representatives from Coleman Group, Axenix, and Avito Jobs. A question-and-answer session will conclude the event.
