The AEB is pleased to invite you to the Finance and Investments Committee’s conference “The Russian M&A Market in 2024: Is the Boom Over?”.

The event will take place on May 23, 2024, Thursday, from 14:00 to 20:00 in the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val St. 68/70 b.1, 1st floor, office 13).

Last two years we have observed a surge in landmark M&A deals in Russia. During that time, the landscape, key players, and rules of the game have changed significantly. 

At the event, we invite you to join the eminent experts, and market participants to dive into discussion re the recent M&A boom and practical and financial aspects, as well as whether it is over and what comes next. We will cover the following:

  • M&A market and deals – results and trends for 2024,
  • Key issues in M&A deals: legal, regulatory, financial aspects,
  • New challenges for foreign shareholders and management of foreign companies.

The event will be opened by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, and Andrey Zharskiy, AEB Finance and Investments Committee Chair, Partner at ALRUD Law Firm.
