National Project on Labor Productivity – Status Update. What Opportunities for the AEB Member-Companies?

There are several topics, crucial for productivity improvement national project that we are planning to cover during this event organized in PARTNERSHIP WITH HIGHER SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS.

Among them:

Lean and operational efficiency;

Best practices and results of international research development of production system;

Labor productivity in Russian companies;

Digital twin of the value stream and automation of production system development;

Organisation of in-house design workshops;

Development of simulators and process factories for the development of production and business systems.
