The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the open meeting organized by the AEB Modernization and Innovation Working Group titled “National Project on Labor Productivity – Status Update. What Opportunities for the AEB Member-Companies?”

The event will be held on February 24, 2022, from 10:00 to 12:00 via Zoom.

There are several topics, crucial for productivity improvement national project that we are planning to cover during this event organized in PARTNERSHIP WITH HIGHER SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS.

Among them:

Lean and operational efficiency;

Best practices and results of international research development of production system;

Labor productivity in Russian companies;

Digital twin of the value stream and automation of production system development;

Organisation of in-house design workshops;

Development of simulators and process factories for the development of production and business systems.

During an open discussion hosted by the AEB Working Group on Modernization and Innovation, the invited experts will raise the issues mentioned above. The participants will obtain firsthand knowledge on labor productivity national project which is of vital importance for the Russian economy and its specific implementation and receive from the highly professional speakers the direct answers to their questions.
