We invite you to participate in the open meeting of the AEB Migration Committee, dedicated to the discussion of key amendments in migration legislation introduced by the Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law 'On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation'," including the increase of the minimum salary threshold for Highly Qualified Specialists (HQS) by nearly three times: from 750,000 RUB per quarter to 717,000 RUB per month. This means that many foreign specialists may lose their HQS status, and employers will face the need to revise their HR policies, tax burdens, and migration strategies.
