The AEB IT-Telecom and Legal Committees are pleased to invite you to our webinar "Personal Data: new regulation and practice".

The event will take place on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, from 11:00 to 13:00 via Zoom.

The issues of personal data protection have always been important for both businesses and citizens and they are becoming even more so with the changes to the Russian legislation coming into effect on September 1, 2022. To comply with the amended law companies will have to adjust their processes of personal data operating and processing.

During the webinar our experts will provide an overview of all the changes and will give practical recommendations, talking about such topics as cross-border data transfer, working with overseas processors of personal data, working with local documents defining the procedures, localization of personal data in Russia, personal data leaks and Roskomnadzor audits.

The webinar will also provide a platform for discussion of the most pressing issues and questions businesses have, which AEB will then address to the regulators.
