In the current uncertain situation, the problem of renegotiating or terminating a rental agreement has become a significant issue for many companies.
During this webinar, the leading experts in real estate industry from ADVANT Beiten and ALRUD companies will discuss the legislative innovations, difficulties often encountered in practice, and a number of important points that cause disputes between the parties.
Our experts will advise the participants on the rights of landlords and tenants – those who suspend their activities and those who decided to leave the market. The possibilities to change the terms of the rental agreement as well as the advice on how to solve difficult situations will be presented.
