Ten years ago we have launched a new format event “Talks on the Russian Economy” inviting widely known and recognised experts, Russians and foreigners, to discuss the most burning and vital issues regarding the Russian economy, proposing fine and deep analysis and hopefully offering answers to burning questions. This year, we have decided to rebrand the series in order to align it more closely with other key webinars such as sanctions and regulatory updates.
We are therefore extremely pleased to invite you to the next round of these events which will be devoted to the topic “Towards Decarbonization of the Russian Fuel and Energy Sector”.
The event will take place on June 25th, 2024, from 11:00 to 13:00, via Zoom.

Irina GAIDA, Deputy Director of the Project Center for Energy Transition, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), will analyze what energy transistion means – revolution or sustainable development;
Victor NABOICHENKO, Expert at the Climate Change Laboratory, Higher School of Economics, will brief us on the new trends in the « green instruments » development in the electric power industry;
Anton SHILOV, Head of Supply Department, LLC «Ecoway», will assess the development perspectives of the world and Russian biofuel & biomass market, as well as «ECOWAY» experience;
Olga UKHANOVA, Head of the Project office of NovaWind JSC , will speak about importance and perspectives of RES in Russia;
Igor CHAUSOV, Director of the analytical department of the ANO Center for Energy Systems of the Future «Enerdzhinet», will share with us his reflections on the future of hydrogen market in Russia.
