The AEB Green Initiative Committee, Carbon Management Workstream, is pleased to invite you to the open event “Climate laws and Energy Transition: From Concepts to Projects”.
The event will take place in hybrid format on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 11:00 to 13:00.
Russia has recently kicked-off its national carbon reporting system, voluntary carbon market and regional cap & trade system, as well as created legislative basis for guarantees of origin (green certificates).
Businesses operating in Russia are advancing their decarbonization efforts and developing new tools, such as carbon footprint calculator.
The AEB Green Initiative experts, together with external speakers, including Carbon Zero and Kontur JSC – operators of green certificates and carbon credits registries, will discuss the relevant regulatory and market developments, while leading corporates will share their latest practices and further plans.
The event will conclude with Q&A session followed by an open discussion among AEB participants.
The working languages of the event are Russian and English, interpretation will be provided.
