The event will take place on October 19, 2023 from 15:00 to 16:30 online on the ZOOM platform.

Experts will share an update and their opinion on the key changes in real estate legislation and legal practice that have taken place over the past few months, including the statute of limitations, regulation of auxiliary constructions, expansion of liability of self-regulatory organizations; they will cover such topics as new rules for the sale of certain production facilities, as well as consider the development of legislation on the common property of real estate owners - before and after the amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, introduced in July 2023.
As always, at the end of the webinar participants will be able to ask questions to the speakers.
The webinar will be moderated by Anton Alekseev, Chairman of the AEB Real Estate Committee, EPAM Law Offices.
