The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to the open meeting titled, “Current cost of an office fit-out in a downturn”.
 
The meeting will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (registration starts from 9:30 a.m.), on Thursday, May 28th, 2009, at the Marriott Tverskaya, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya 34, Seligersky hall 
 
During this economic downturn, the office market has gone from a landlord’s to a tenant’s market. The supply has increased significantly and a majority of available office space is offered in a finished condition. However, the question is: “Is it really ready to move in?” Tenants still have to make improvements and alterations to the space to meet their lay-out and technical specifications.
The following issues will be highlighted during this open meeting:
·         General market overview and trends
·         Legal and financial risks
·         Estimating fit-out budget
·         Current delivery conditions
·         Cost of furniture and partitions
·         Business-case study

Attendance fees
 
Fee for assigned representatives of AEB member companies is free of charge;
Fee for non-assigned representatives of AEB member companies is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);
 
All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed the fee is non-refundable.
 
Registration will be valid only upon receipt of payment.
