The AEB PR and Communications Committee is pleased to invite you to “Meet the Media” Round Table with Gleb Prozorov, Managing Director of the newspaper VEDOMOSTI. The event will take place on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, from 14:00 till 15:30 (registration starts at 13:30 am), in the AEB Office, ul. Krasnoproletarskaya 16, bld. 3, entrance 8, 4th floor, office 8.

Gleb Prozorov has headed the flagship of Russia’s business journalism for the past five years. But his career with “Business News Media”, the publisher of the newspaper, goes back all the way to 1999. In 2001 Gleb became advertising director of the publisher, moving to the position of its deputy managing director in 2003 and becoming the head of the publishing house in 2007. This year his achievements were recognized with a prestigious prize The Media Manager of the Year 2012 for “Long-term and sustainable development of a profitable media business – the newspaper “Vedomosti”. Gleb was trained as a doctor.

Gleb Prozorov will talk about editorial and advertising processes within the newspaper and about how the way the newspaper interacts with business. He will also provide his viewpoint on Russia’s media business and its development in the digital world.

Attendance fees:

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);
