The AEB is pleased to invite you to a HR Conference “Bringing Expats to Russia”, which will take place in Moscow on Wednesday, 28th of November, 2012, at the Marriott Tverskaya Hotel. This is the sixths annual conference.

The conference will cover property, schooling and relocation issues, as well as labor law and HR aspects of bringing expats to Russia. Among the speakers at the event will be representatives of Mayfair Properties, Troika Relocations, Four Squares, Interdean Relocation Services, Beiten Burkhardt, Pepeliaev Group and many others.

The working languages of the conference are English and Russian. During the session on labour legislation simultaneous translation into English will be provided, however, this request must be made well in advance. For details, please see the attached programme. The programme is liable to minor changes upon receipt of final speaker and topic confirmation.

Attendance fees

The registration fee for the HR Conference is 6,000 RUR (plus VAT 18%) for AEB members.

For non-members the fee is 7,200 RUR (plus VAT 18%).
