The AEB Compensation and Benefits Subcommittee is pleased to invite you to the Webinar “HR BUDGET 2026: CUT NOT INVEST – WHERE TO PLACE THE COMMA?”.

The event takes place on Monday, 20 October 2025, from 15:00 till 17:00 via ZOOM.

Planning for next year is taking place amid economic uncertainty and rapid changes in the labor market. The decisions we make today determine not only the financial stability of companies but also their ability to retain key employees, maintain motivation, and ensure sustainable growth.

The event will be moderated by Olga DUDNICHENKO, Chair of the Compensation and Benefits Subcommittee of the AEB Human Resources Committee. Speakers will include Elizaveta KHOLKINA, Senior Consultant, HR Consulting Group, B1 Group, Irina FILATOVA, Director of the Department of Methodology and Portfolio Management of Health Insurance, Zetta Life Insurance, and Natalia MININA, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, SAMOLET Group.

Experts will discuss HR budget planning strategies for 2026, focusing on how to balance cost optimization with strategic investments in human capital. They will also share practical case studies on voluntary health insurance budget management and the use of artificial intelligence in compensation and benefits processes.

The working language of the event is Russian. No interpretation will be provided.
