Joint event of: AEB Migration Committee, AEB HR Committee, AEB Taxation Committee: ”Structuring of the foreign employees’ remuneration system: migration, labor, and taxation aspects”

The AEB Migration Committee, AEB HR Committee and the AEB Taxation Committee are pleased to invite you to its joint open event entitled ”Structuring of the foreign employees’ remuneration system: migration, labor, and taxation aspects”.

The event will take place on Wednesday, 22 November 2017, from 10:00 to 12:00 (registration starts at 09:30) at the AEB Conference Center (68/70, Butyrsky Val, bld.1, Moscow).

The event aims to discuss the concerns that companies face with structuring of remuneration system of expatriate employees working in Russia, and to elaborate the recommendations on how to accommodate the conflicts in migration, taxation, and labor requirements. The proposed and approved recommendations will be sent out to the relevant Russian authorities.

The working language of the meeting is Russian. Interpretation into English will be provided upon prior request.

Attendance fees:

AEB assigned members’ participation is free of charge;

Fee for AEB additional members is 3,850 RUB (+18% VAT);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies is 7,700 RUB (+18% VAT).
