AEB is pleased to invite you to the Open Event titled - “Moscow as a perspective destination for MICE business”, organized by the AEB Hotels and Tourism Committee
The event will take place on August 20, 2019, in Moscow, Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre Hotel, Leningradsky prospect 31A, bld.1, Ekaterininsky Hall, from 09:30 to 13:00 (registration will start from 09:00).

Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Exhibitions (MICE) are crucial growth drivers for the hospitality industry today and provide the contribution to the hospitality industry revenues.
No doubt, Moscow is a perspective destination with excellent opportunities for MICE business. To present these opportunities, AEB Hotels and Tourism Committee has invited the representatives of the European Congress and Exhibition Bureaus (MICE agencies), Moscow Government to take part in the Event.
The event is devoted to MICE facilities of Russia, to promote Moscow as a perspective destination for MICE business and business tourism in a whole.
The first part of the Event will include the presentations of Moscow Government, Rostourism, Intourist regarding Moscow MICE, and then MICE agencies will present their activities worldwide.
The second part of the event will be held in the format of speed dating: MICE agencies and AEB member companies will exchange contacts, practical information and best practices.
We hope that the participation of the representatives of Congress and Exhibition Bureaus will contribute to popularity and attractiveness of Moscow as a cultural, tourist and MICE business center of Russia.
The working language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will be provided upon prior request.
