The AEB is pleased to invite you to take part in the open conference “Current issues of staff retention and efficiency improvement”.
The conference is held within the framework of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies" and is organized by the Socio-political weekly "Yug Times", the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory, the AEB Southern Regional Committee, the Association "Agency for Investment and International Cooperation" and the Krasnodar Regional RSPP Branch. The strategic partner of the program is PJSC Bank "Center-invest", the golden partner of the program is the INCITY Group of companies. The conference’s partner is the health resort "Lago-Naki".
The conference will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 11:00 to 13:00 in a hybrid format. The venue is the conference hall of the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory (Krasnodar, Sovetskaya str., 35. 3rd floor).

The speakers of the conference are representatives of regional authorities of the Krasnodar Territory, recruiting and consulting firms, heads of HR departments of large companies in the South of Russia who will share relevant labor market analytics and talk about their experience of retaining and improving staff efficiency in real conditions. The working language of the event is Russian, translation into English is not provided. The conference is free of charge.
