Sublease Market in Russia in 2022

The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to its webinar “Sublease Market in Russia in 2022”.

The event will be held on Thursday, November 24, 2022, from 15:00 to 17:00 via Zoom.

This year, due to significant changes in the business sphere, the issues of subleasing non-residential premises have become particularly relevant. And conclusion of a sublease agreement (as well as its amendment and termination), unlike an ordinary lease, means a number of additional complexities related to the terms of the original lease agreement, the relationship of the subtenant with the owner of the property, the rights of the subtenant, the term of the sublease agreement, disposal of movable property, etc. There are also legislative restrictions on the facilities that can be subject to sublease agreements.

At the webinar the experts from NF Group, Alrud, Dentons, ALUMNI Partners and ADVANT Beiten will talk about commercial and legal aspects of non-residential premises sublease. As usual, at the end of the webinar the participants will have an opportunity to ask the speakers their questions.
