The AEB is pleased in invite you to its Ninth Annual HR Conference titled, “HR Flexibility in the Changing Environment”, which will take place in Moscow on May 17th, 2012 at the Marriott Grand Hotel Moscow, Tverskaya 26/1.

This is a full-day conference, which will focus on HR efficiency and flexibility, HR issues in mergers and acquisitions, expansion in the regions and other aspects of personnel management in Russia.

This year, the HR committee has developed an interesting programme with two special sessions. At the start of the conference, we invited a special guest – Sergio Ezama, Senior Vice President HR, PepsiCo.

The Business Leaders’ panel discussion will be closing the conference. CEOs of major companies have been invited to share their views on the role of the HR departments in their respective companies, the HR challenges in Russia and the way companies adapt their global strategies to the local market. Preliminary confirmations have been received from Jeroen De Groot, GM Metro Cash&Carry, Jaron Wiedmaier, GM Continental, Joe Doering, GM Nokia Siemens, Dominique Fache, Chairman of the Board, Enel OGK5.

The conference will be conducted in English. Please note that translation will NOT be provided.

Attendance fees

The registration fee for the HR Conference is 12,000 RUR (plus VAT 18%) for AEB members.

For non-members the fee is 14,500 RUR (plus VAT 18%).
