The AEB HR Committee is pleased to invite you to its Thirteenth AEB HR Conference ”Russia and the New Reality for HR”.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 22^nd, 2016 at 09:30-17:00 (registration from 08:45) at the InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya Hotel (ul. Tverskaya 22, Moscow).

The AEB HR Conference has been annually held during past twelve years and became one of major HR forums in Moscow annually collecting up to 200 professionals. This year, AEB HR Conference ”Russia and the New Reality for HR” will be focused on the practices applied by leading companies under the shift of economy in the following sectors: compensations & benefits, recruitment, assessment, training & development, and labour law. The discussion in parallel sessions will be focused on the following topics:

- AEB Compensation & Benefits Sub-Committee’s session:

”Effectiveness and Efficiency – How to Achieve Both Under the New Reality”

- AEB Recruitment Sub-Committee’s session:

”Focused Recruitment”

- AEB Assessment, Training & Development Sub-Committee’s session:

”Developing Talents – Investing in Assets Under the New Reality”

- AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee’s session:

”The Most Topical Labour Law Issues Under the New Reality”

The panel discussion by the companies’ CEOs ”Strategic Business/HR Partnering Under the New Reality” will be a special separate session, closing the conference. The panelists will share with the audience their vision on management and decision-making in current market circumstances.

The conference will be conducted in English except for the labour law session which will be conducted in Russian with simultaneous translation into English.

Attendance Fees

Fee for representatives of AEB members is 12,000 RUR (+18% VAT);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 14,000 RUR (+18% VAT);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed the fee is non-refundable.
