The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the 5th AEB Annual Migration Conference, organized by the AEB Migration Committee.

The event will be held on December, 6th, 2012, at the Hotel Metropol Moscow, Red Hall (entrance from the Restaurant "Metropol" side) 2 Teatralny Proezd, from 09:00 am to 13:00 pm (registration starts at 08:30 am).

The AEB has invited the representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Federal Migration Service and Moscow Government to brief the audience on recent developments in the Russian migration legislation. The business representatives will also talk about the practical issues related to migration area.

The following issues will be addressed:

• New in Russian migration legislation: draft law on exams for migrants; draft law on hiring of key personnel, changes to the Federal Law # 115 concerning business visas for foreigners and etc.;

• Intergovernmental agreements: practical implementation aspects;

• Moscow quota 2012-2013;

• Highly qualified specialists: practical aspects;

• Labor contract with a foreign employees: highlights for employers;

• Key aspects of tax and pension contributions of foreign employees from the CIS and non-CIS countries;

• Draft law on secondments.

For details, please see the attached programs. The programs are liable to minor changes upon receipt of final speaker and topic confirmation.

The working language of the event is Russian. Simultaneous translation into English will be provided.

Attendance fees:

The registration fee for AEB members is 6,500 RUB (plus 18% VAT)

For non-members, the fee is 7,500 RUB (plus 18% VAT).

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.

Registration is open until 12:00, December 5th, 2012. Your registration will be valid only upon receipt of payment.
