The AEB is glad to invite you to the event organized by the AEB PR & Communications Committee “Internal Communications in The Corporate Communications System”.
The event will take place on May 30, 2024 from 16:00 to 18:00 in AEB Office.
Recent years have seen significant changes in all workflows. Technology, globalization, and COVID have had a huge impact on workflows which also poses new challenges for internal communications experts.
The goal of effective communications is to inform, influence and engage all company stakeholders. And in this case, it is the employees who are the focus of attention. It is their involvement in a variety of organizational, strategic and industry topics that plays an important role in achieving effectiveness.
Good corporate communication promotes company culture and employee engagement.
While there used to be different opinions the interaction between external and internal communications, there is now a growing consensus that external and internal communications should work synchronized as a whole.
All organizations, irrespective of size, should have well-designed internal communications. So what are the functions of internal communications and how can they be managed effectively?
