The AEB Retail Trade Committee is pleased to invite you to its annual open committee meeting with Mr. Nikita Kuznetsov, Head of the Department of the Development of Internal Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, titled “Update on Current Internal Trade Issues”.
The event will be held on June 21st, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 via Zoom.
The AEB appreciates the opportunity to continue the dialogue with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The main tasks of the Department of Development of Internal Trade include the development of proposals for the formation and implementation of public policy and regulation in the field of internal trade, of creation and improvement of the goods labeling and traceability system, as well as of combating illicit turnover of industrial products. The Department defines priority directions, scientific and technical development and innovation activity in these sectors, assists in development of entrepreneurial activity and competition (in part of protection of interests of participants of the consumer market, creation of effective competitive environment, development of infrastructure of the sectors, ensuring appropriate conditions for attraction of investments).
