The AEB North-Western Regional Committee is pleased to invite you to take part in the on-site Round Table on “Corporate Social Responsibility: Experience of European Companies in Russia”.
The event will be held on 18 June, 2019, from 10:30 to 13:00 (gathering at security pass point at 10:00 am SHARP) at the premises of “Danone Russia” Plant (Industrial zone "Parnas", 6th Verkhniy lane, 1, lit. A,St. Petersburg).
During the event the participants will get acquainted with several successful CSR projects implemented by the European companies in Russia. The presentations will be followed by excursion by the “Danone Russia” plant and a challenging quest session.
IMPORTANT: Participation is limited to 1 person per AEB member-company and 1 person per AEB non-member company. The priority will be given to the AEB members. Please note that registration will close as soon as we reach the maximum number of participants and in any case on 17 June, 2019 at noon.
The working language of the meeting is Russian; interpretation will NOT be provided.
Important Information
Following the “Danone Russia” plant’s general rules, we would kindly ask you to consider the following information to you attention:
1. Please, have your ID with you for security pass;
2. Please, consider wearing a minimum of jewelry on that day. Before the excursion by the plant, you will be asked to take off all the accessories, including watches, necklaces, and wedding rings. Handbags will also not be allowed inside the production area.
3. To the attention of all women participants: you will need to wear trousers on that day.
Parking is only available outside the plant territory.
