The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to its webinar “Specifics of Taxation in the Real Estate Sector”.
The event will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022, from 15:00 to 16:30 via Zoom.
Just as in many other areas, taxation is probably one of the most financially risky, complicated and therefore frightening aspects of establishing, operating and simply owning real estate, including the commercial properties. There are a number of alternative approaches to tax accounting that pose challenges; moreover, new legislative initiatives and changes are introduced now and then that alter the tax treatment of the real estate. At the same time, there is (again, changing from time to time) a system of tax incentives and preferences designed to help market participants.
At the webinar on September 8, experts in the real estate taxation from Taxology will talk about the risks to consider, including the commissioning of objects, about the peculiarities of taxation on the balance or the cadastral value, as well as on the tax benefits and other preferences.
As usual, at the end of the webinar the participants will have an opportunity to ask the speakers their questions.
