AEB NWRC’s Legal&Taxation Subcommittee is pleased to invite you to the open event “Tax Policy in New Conditions Realities and Prospects”, which will be dedicated to innovations in tax legislation and key trends in taxation.
The event will take place on July 13, 2023, from 15:30 to 18:00 in offline format at the “LUBLU” site (45 Fontanka River Embankment, St.Petersburg).
Our experts will talk about new conditions in taxation in 2023, trends in tax practice and share with their experiences. We will consider the issues of cooperation between tax authorities and foreign companies nowadays, the approach of tax authorities and courts in relation to companies paying service fees to unfriendly counties, tax risks and threats when selling a business at a price below the market price, as well as planned changes in the Tax Code.
