29 Russian regions have completely lifted the restrictions imposed on SMEs due to the epidemic

According to the report published on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on 04 April 2022, «29 Russian regions have completely lifted the restrictions imposed on SMEs due to the epidemic. In the rest, the restrictions have been substantially reduced. 

The work to create favourable conditions for SMEs by lifting restrictions was carried out in absolutely all regions. In total, more than 700 different articles of restrictions have been abolished». In the vast majority of Russian regions, the requirements to present a QR-code about vaccinations or replacement documents, mandatory non-contact body temperature monitoring in shopping centres, recreation centres, fitness centres, cinemas and other organisations, bans on holding mass events and restrictions for catering enterprises were abolished.
