16.07.2020 Rospotrebnadzor maintains a 14-day regime of self-isolation for citizens who come to the country with evacuation flights
On 15 July 2020 Rospotrebnadzor signed a Decree # 21 regulating arrival of foreigners for work purposes by evacuation flights - such persons are required to observe 14 days self-isolation as of the day of arrival to RF. 

14.07.2020 Moscow authorities presented the results of a study of coronavirus infection of contact persons
A large-scale study of the disease spread among close contacts of COVID-19 patients was completed in Moscow. The study was based on the cases of about 335 thousand people who were in close contact with nearly 107 thousand of the diseased.

On 9 July 2020, the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin signed Decree № 77-УМ further lifting COVID-19 related restrictions in two more phases, primarily in the field of education, culture, leisure and entertainment industry as well as regarding the provision of services to the population. In the event of a worsening epidemiological situation, the resumption of individual facilities may be postponed to a later date. More
