Foreign citizens will be able to obtain COVID-19 antibody QR codes

23.02.2022

Starting February 22, 2022, foreign citizens will be able to obtain COVID-19 antibody QR codes via Gosuslugi, states the Decree by Anna Popova, the Chief Sanitary Officer of Russia.

The AEB has asked the Ministry of Health for clarifications and we are happy to inform you that our request was favourably considered by the state authorities.

According to the document, foreigners who have been tested for antibodies can obtain QR codes like it was earlier foreseen for the Russians. Starting February 22 people having IgG antibodies (S-protein) to COVID-19 pathogen revealed by the laboratory tests carried out in Russia will be able to obtain the certificates. The antibody test must be taken in an organization linked to the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor (i.e. has the technical ability to transmit data to www.gosuslugi.ru).

To get the certificate, a foreign citizen will need to enter the following information on Gosuslugi website:

- Date of birth

- Number of the identity document or birth certificate

- Order number of the laboratory examination

The certificate will be generated automatically in Russian and English and can be sent by email and downloaded in PDF format.

Please kindly note that the spelling of your name, surname as well as your ID number, date of birth and other details that you will provide for test purpose need to be 100% identical with the same information in your account on www.gosuslugi.ru, otherwise it will not be possible to get the QR code.
