Moscow and St. Petersburg stop using QR-codes

Moscow stops using QR-codes from March 3, 2022.

Thus, all restrictions on visiting catering facilities, theaters, museums, as well as concert, entertainment, cultural, entertainment, educational, and sporting events are canceled. The remote regime for Muscovites aged 60 years and over and citizens with chronic illnesses becomes advisory. 

A similar decision was made in St. Petersburg. QR-codes and remote regime for employees aged 60 years and over, workers with chronic diseases are canceled here from March 4, 2022. Also starting March 4, 2022, there is no need to reconcile with the executive authorities of St. Petersburg the events with the number of people up to 100 people.
