Businesses and NPOs will be able to pay debts on state property lease within two years

20.05.2020

Businesses from the affected industries and socially oriented non-profit organizations (NPOs) will be able to repay the debts on the rent for the use of state property within two years - from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2023. This order was approved by the Government.

In addition, for three months - until October 1, 2020 - the postponement of payments for the use of state property will be extended. Previously, according to the Government Decree of April 10, the delay was completed on July 1.
Federal authorities will be obliged to inform tenants about these opportunities. The information will also be posted in the personal offices of entrepreneurs on the interdepartmental portal of state property management.
These measures will support small and medium businesses, as well as socially oriented NGOs, which suffer losses against the background of the new coronavirus infection.
