Everyone arriving in Russia by any means of transport have to be tested for coronavirus

Rospotrebnadzor decided that Russians entering Russia by any means of transport must be tested for coronavirus within 3 days of arrival. 

Observe the isolation regime at the place of residence (stay) until the results of laboratory testing for COVID-19 by PCR method are obtained. Previously, this rule applied only to those arriving by air.
