Governor of St. Petersburg lifts a number of restrictions

Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov introduced amendments to the St. Petersburg Government Decree No. 121 dd. 13.03.2020 "On Measures to Counteract the Proliferation of New Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) in St. Petersburg".

As of July 27, it is allowed
Operation of shopping and entertainment centres (except for entertainment and leisure facilities, retail and services in corridors, atriums, foyers and other common areas of shopping centres). Operation of fitting zones in stores is possible under certain conditions. To this end, on July 23, representatives of these organizations signed an agreement under which they undertook to ensure compliance with standards of safe operation.
Swimming pools and fitness centres, retail and service facilities located in shopping and entertainment centres, but only if there are separate premises and shopping halls.
Halls of catering establishments (except for food courts), subject to the appropriate conditions specified in the decree.
Activities of tour operators and travel agents, firms providing excursion services.
Face-to-face services
Nursery school operation
Activities of private museums, exhibition halls
Aquaparks
Test drives at car dealerships,
Retail and catering services in gardens, parks and squares of St. Petersburg

It is possible to resume the activities of all the above mentioned organizations provided that you receive a unique QR code confirming that you are ready to meet the standard of safe operation.

Other time limits are extended until 16 August. In particular, the time limit for holding leisure, sports, cultural, entertainment and other mass events, public events is preserved.
