Moscow Mayor signed Decree further strenghtening some restrictive measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic

On 6 October 2020, the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin signed Decree №97-УМ on further restrictive measures to fight the pandemic.

1. From October 9 until the end of the holidays, the reduced fare for schoolchildren in public transport will be suspended. The money already paid for trips on travel cards will be transferred to a later date.

2. From 9 till 28 October, free travel will be suspended for Muscovites over 65 years old and citizens suffering from chronic diseases who are required to stay at home.

3. In the near future, the sale of tickets to theaters, concert halls and museums subordinate to the Moscow Government will be sold exclusively online.

4. All enterprises and organizations of the city are obliged to weekly inform the Moscow Government about the transfer of at least 30% of employees to remote work. In particular, it is necessary to provide the numbers of their mobile phones and cars.
Data must be provided starting from October 12 and in accordance with the list attached to the Decree. It contains the following columns: “Mobile phone number”, “State registration number of the vehicle”, “Troika e-card number”, “Strelka” e-card number, “Social card number” and “Unlimited monthly pass number”.
Failure to provide or incomplete provision of information will result in a fine or suspension of activities in accordance with Art. 20.6.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
