Moscow region abolishes the electronic pass regime

Starting from May 23, the electronic pass regime in the Moscow region is abolished. This was stated by region head Andrei Vorobiev in his Instagram.

Those residents of the region will have to apply for passes to mos.ru before going to Moscow.  The regional passes are valid until May 26 inclusive. Then, if necessary, it will be necessary to issue a Moscow pass.

From May 25 the Moscow region resumes car and residental sales in offices of construction companies. This was announced by Governor Andrey Vorobiev on his page in the social network "VKontakte".

He also reminded that starting from May 25 the multifunctional centers will be partionally opened - however, at the first stage they will serve only legal entities.
