New epidemiological rules of entering the country for the citizens of Russia and EAEU

Anna Popova, the Chief Sanitary Officer of Russia, has signed a Decree that regulated the epidemiological rules of entering the country for the citizens of Russia and EAEU member states. According to the Decree, Russian citizens returning from overseas will be required to self-isolate until they test negative for Covid-19. This measure comes into force today, July 7, 2021.

Правила не распространяются на тех, кто прошел вакцинацию или выздоровел от COVID-19 в течение последних шести месяцев. Вся информация о тестах ПЦР, выздоровлении от заболевания или вакцинации должна быть размещена на gosuslugi.ru (Портал государственных услуг).

 

Также, согласно документу, с 10 июля граждане стран ЕАЭС и Таджикистана, планирующие въезд в Россию, должны будут предоставить ПЦР, полученный не ранее чем за три дня до момента прибытия. Результаты теста должны быть размещены в приложении "Путешествую без COVID-19". С 1 сентября это правило будет действовать и для граждан Азербайджана, Молдовы, Узбекистана и Туркменистана.
