Participation in the trials of the Russian COVID-19 vaccine is allowed even without a Moscow medical insurance certificate


Residents of Russian regions and foreign citizens who work or live in Moscow will now be able to take part in studies of a vaccine against coronavirus infection, even if they do not have a Moscow compulsory medical insurance. 

This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for social development Anastasia Rakova, reports the city operational center for combating COVID-19.
