Putin extended the stay of foreigners until December 15 because of coronavirus

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has again prolonged the validity of the decree on regulation of foreigners' status during the coronavirus pandemic till December 15.

The suspension of the period of temporary stay, temporary or permanent residence of foreigners is extended. At the same time the President allowed foreigners with expired identity cards to leave Russia for "the state of their citizenship".
