Sergey Sobyanin announced the first stage of softening the restrictions in Moscow


According to the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow "On Amendments to the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow from March 5, 2020 № 12-UM" and "On Amendments to the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow from April 21, 2020 № 43-UM", starting from next week in Moscow the first stage of removal of COVID-19 restrictions will begin. 

Declared measures:

  - From May 25, the multifunctional centers "My Documents" will open (only 88 centers located in the most densely populated areas with good transport accessibility will work). Visits to the centers will be possible only by appointment on the portal;

 - From May 25th the car sharing will resume its work (it is allowed to rent a car for at least 5 days);

 - From May 27 only Moscow digital passes will be valid for movement in the capital. Residents of other regions can get them today;

 - Also the city authorities recommended the employer to extend the remote working regime for employees. All city organizations are obliged to keep the maximum share of employees working in the "remote" regime.
