Sobyanin has changed the rules for submitting data on employees working remotely

15.10.2020

Moscow enterprises must immediately inform about changes in the composition of employees working remotely. At the same time, employers may not submit reports on a weekly basis. Enterprises in Moscow are obliged to report about the new employees working remotely on the same day a respective decision is made. This follows from a Decree of the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin published on October 15, 2020.

“When the information about employees (executor under civil law contracts) changes, the updated data must be submitted on the same day the relevant decision was made,” the document says.

"In the absence of changes in the previously information provided, the weekly submission of such information is not required," the document says.
