01.10.2020

Employers in Moscow are obliged to transfer 30% of their employees to "home office" from October 5. The corresponding decree was signed by Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.

Employers operating on the territory of Moscow should move to a remote location:

 - at least 30% of employees,
 - all employees over 65 years of age and suffering from chronic diseases.
Exception - only for employees whose presence at the workplace is critical to the functioning of the organization.

The requirement to move to a remote location also does not apply to medical organizations, defense enterprises, Rosatom, Roskosmos and some other strategic industries.
