The Ministry of Health announced the percentage of errors during coronavirus testing

05.11.2020

Coronavirus test can show a false negative result in about 30-40% of cases, TASS reports with reference to the main freelance pulmonologist of the Ministry of Health Sergei Avdeev.

According to him, this is not due to improper quality of the test, but because of poor quality or surface capture of the material. The incubation period of coronavirus infection in 95% of those infected lasts from two to six days, Avdeev said.
